Cancellation Policy
Life happens. It's understandable! You can always email me at contact@thefocusedactor.com and I will do my best to work with you! That being said, in order to be respectful of everyone's time, the following policy is in place: NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT: Booking price includes a 20% non-refundable deposit. To RESCHEDULE, you may use the system or email contact@luisselgas.com To CANCEL, please email contact@luisselgas.com -Cancellations made up to 12 hours prior to scheduled coaching are refundable except for the 20% deposit. -Cancelations within 12 hours of scheduled coaching are non-refundable. However, you can keep the paid amount as a credit to apply towards a future class/service. RECORDING / RELEASE: Most classes involve recording/photographing for learning purposes. However, your likeness may be used on the website and/or social media posts for promotional purposes. By participating, you are providing consent for the above. If you do NOT want your image/recording to be used for such purposes, please provide that in writing.
