This December lab will be chosen by the community from a short shortlist of Focus Lab themes. You’ll get to vote, and I’ll build the session around what you want most right now.
What won’t change: it’s still a Focus Lab workout—short scene, clean tools, partner work, on-camera comparisons, and an adjustment process you can use immediately.
If you like having a say—and you want a lab that’s tailored to what actors actually need in that moment—this is the one.
