• F.O.C.U.S. Fundamentals Intensive

• The core method weekend: the essential TFA tools (thought, breath, intention, behavior) that make everything else simpler — your baseline process for any scene.

• Commercial Self-Tape Intensive

  Get bookable fast: clear specs, grounded behavior, clean timing, strong choices, and quick adjustments — without falling into “commercial acting.”

• Theatrical Self-Tape Intensive

  Build truth on tape: relationship, subtext, pacing, listening, stakes, and emotional life — with choices that feel specific, not pushed.

• I’M NOT CRYING (Emotional Work Intensive)

  Emotion without forcing: a safe space to try, fail, and try again. Repeatable exercises to help you unlock your emotions quickly and authentically.
